East School

Fall Fundraiser - 2008 (This information was to have been posted on the website in late November on the home page . . . but apparently there was a miscommunication and it never happened!)

East School recently completed a very successful fall fundraiser. They exceeded their goal of $15,000 by more than $8000. The exact total is still being calculated. Proceeds from the fundraiser equaling 50% of sales will be used to provide resources for students and staff to enhance learning opportunities. At the top of the list of resources is additional technology for classrooms. These funds also provide assemblies, teacher resources, field trips, among many other items.

Top Sellers:
4th Grade - Ryland Pampush, Emily Averall, & Cannon Russell

5th Grade - Mackensi Naegeli, Kaler Moore, Zack Zwald

6th Grade - Tyler Crabtree, Shayla Hayes, Tessa Streeter

The Human Car Wash was a reward for students who participated in the fall fundraiser. Students were lined up in two lines and given 16 oz. tumblers filled with COLD soapy water. When the line brought them in reach of the principal, they threw the cups of water on him! Click on the photo to view a few more photos of the Human Car Wash!
