ABOUT OUR SCHOOL Trask River High School (TRHS) is one of the newer programs operated by the Tillamook School District. It operates under a special contractual relationship with the Oregon Department of Education (ODE). It provides the education of youth housed in two facilities managed by the Oregon Youth Authority (OYA). The adjoining two campuses are separate in both structure and program. Both provide 5.5 hours of instruction per day for 220 days per year. The instruction may result in acquiring further high school credits, a high school diploma, or, in the case of graduates, an improvement in basic skills in preparation for higher education or employment.
